What you are buying
freyIQ — intelligence test result. A one-time payment of USD 2.99. This is not a subscription. Nothing is charged again, ever, and there is nothing to cancel.
Unlocking your result gives you:
- your IQ estimate across all 20 tasks, with a plain-language classification;
- your exact score and the time you needed;
- every one of the 20 tasks with the correct answer and an explanation of why it is correct.
The result is delivered immediately in your browser as soon as Stripe confirms the payment. There is nothing to ship and nothing to download.
Your right to a refund
Because this is a digital product delivered instantly, neither Swiss law nor United States law grants a statutory right of withdrawal. We therefore give you one voluntarily:
Full refund within 14 days of purchase, no reason required. Send an email and you get your USD 2.99 back.
We mean this without small print. If the result was not what you hoped for, if the page failed to load it, if you paid twice by accident, or if you simply changed your mind — write to us and we refund you.
How to request a refund
Email support@freyiq.com with:
- the email address you entered on the Stripe payment form, and
- the approximate date of your purchase.
That is enough for us to find the payment. We do not ask for card numbers, and you should never send them by email.
How long it takes
We reply within 2 business days and issue the refund straight away. Stripe returns the money to the same card or payment method you used. Depending on your bank, it appears on your statement within 5 to 10 business days. Refunds cannot be paid out to a different account.
Please write to us before disputing a charge
If you do not recognise a charge from us, contact us first. On your statement the payment may appear under our Stripe descriptor rather than the name "freyIQ", which is a common reason for confusion.
A refund by email is faster for you than a chargeback through your bank, and it costs us far less. We would much rather refund you than argue with you.
Before you buy — please read this
freyIQ is provided for entertainment and practice. It is not a validated psychometric test, it is not supervised by a psychologist, and the result has no diagnostic, academic or professional value. If you are looking for an official IQ assessment, this product is not it — and we would rather tell you now than refund you later.
